NEUERO Flexible Screws Type FS – Shaftless Conveying Spiral for Flexible Material Conveying

The Flexible Screws Type FS from NEUERO are shaftless conveying spirals that are perfectly suited for transporting various bulk materials in grinding and mixing plants. They are specially designed for use over longer conveying distances and offer maximum flexibility in plant planning.

For flour-like products, the horizontal connection of the flexible screw to the silo is recommended. The conveying pipe should be laid horizontally or ascending – gradients should be avoided to ensure trouble-free material flow. For longer conveying lengths or tight 90° angles, a transfer unit with an additional flexible screw is used.

Thanks to the low drive requirement, the flexible screws work energy-efficiently. The robust steel spiral, resistant conveying pipes and optionally available metal or stainless steel versions ensure a long service life, even under demanding conditions.
