The DUO grain crushers, types T303, T403 and T503 from NEUERO, offer optimum crushing performance, quality and durability – specially for agricultural operations with high demands on feed processing.
In a modular system, this four-roller machine combines a pre-crushing unit and a fine-crushing unit, which together produce a particularly fine and homogeneous crushed material. The hardened, deep-milled rollers in the pre-crushing unit ensure the coarse crushing of large-grained materials such as corn and beans. The fine-crushing unit then handles the final processing – efficiently and evenly.
Thanks to this combination, four to five times the roller service life is achieved compared to standard crushers. The machine runs smoothly, consumes little energy and remains consistently powerful even during long operating times.
