Drum Sieve Cleaner Type NSR

The Drum Sieve Cleaner Type NSR is a powerful cleaning device for the efficient separation of coarse and fine parts from bulk materials by means of a rotating sieve drum.

Drum Sieve Cleaner Type NSR

During the cleaning process, the raw material enters an inner drum via an inlet connection, where coarse impurities such as straw parts, stalk knots, thistle heads, etc. are screened out. The harvested goods with the remaining fine components then fall into the outer sieve drum. Here, the "clean goods" are separated from the fine parts and discharged via an outlet.

Advantages

  • Sorting into 3 fractions in one working step by means of a double sieve drum
  • Fixed connections for discharging the individual fractions
  • Fast, unproblematic changing of the sieve drums
  • Sieve drums with different perforations for wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, sunflower seeds, peas and beans
  • Sieve cleaning during operation by attached cleaning brushes
  • Vibration-free run, no transmission of vibrations to building parts, no additional foundations or supports required
  • Closed housing, thus low dust emission
