NEUERO Flow Dryer NDT – Modern Technology for Efficient Drying
The NEUERO NDT operates with advanced drying processes and is available in galvanized steel or aluminum. The smooth surfaces without struts facilitate cleaning, supported by supplied platforms and ladders. Hot air generation is either direct (e.g., with gas or oil burners) or indirect via proven NEUERO hot air generators with a closed combustion chamber – ideal for indirect grain drying. The use of waste heat from external energy sources is also possible and is individually adapted. Axial and radial fans ensure efficient air conveyance with low noise levels. The integrated centrifugal dust separator ensures uniform dedusting. Control is via the PLC-based NEUERO Varius system with touch panel, automated sequences, and interfaces for integration into existing plants.

The drying performances apply under the following conditions: Goods biologically matured and cleaned. All specified performances refer to wet goods. Ambient air temperature for grain and rapeseed 15°C and 75% rel. humidity. Ambient air temperature for maize 10°C and 75% rel. humidity. Larger capacities and technical specifications on request.
