The VARIUS is an advanced, automatic control solution based on the manual MANUS control system, supplemented with a PLC (programmable logic controller) with touch display. It enables both manual and automatic operation of the conveyor system. In automatic mode, the starting point, destination, and system section can be selected via the display and controlled using a double push button. The sequence and selection of drives can be flexibly configured – directly on the touchscreen, without additional software or special knowledge. Parameters such as delay times can also be easily adjusted. The VARIUS also displays all relevant system messages such as full/empty sensors or motor protection switches.
