MANUS Conveyor Control

The MANUS is a manual control unit for conveyor technology, specifically designed for simple and flexible operation. The individual drives are started and stopped manually, either directly or via empty or full level sensors. Shutdown occurs in two stages: First, the intake and discharge augers are deactivated, then – after a time delay – all other drives are stopped simultaneously. The control cabinet is equipped with a design foil that provides space for up to 32 double push buttons, arranged in two rows of 16 buttons each. A dust-protected flow diagram between the button rows facilitates assignment. Each button is equipped with an LED for status indication. The control system is expandable and protects against malfunction in the event of a failure through mutual interlocking of the drives.
